ENROLLMENT & COMMUNICATIONS
NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re looking for someone dedicated to finding ways forward to join our Enrollment & Communication as Enrolment Data Analyst.
Reporting to the Manager of Enrolment Data and Operations, the Enrolment Data analyst is responsible for providing enrolment expertise to guide the development and implementation of predictive modeling and analytics to forecast enrolment trends, identify potential challenges and data-driven opportunities. The Enrolment Data Analyst is responsible to identify data requirements in the creation of enrolment reports and interpret operational enrolment data (eg. system usage, room utilization, scheduling demand, application funnel, progression, attrition, completion rates) to inform enrolment decision-making and institutional planning.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Admissions and Supports to validate administrative processes and ensure enrolment data is captured to strengthen enrolment insights, analyze student enrolment behavior and identify patterns and recommend opportunities to improve enrolment and success and collaborating with Marketing and Recruitment, Faculties and the Strategic Management Committee (action) in providing data that will enhance enrolment funnel strategies, from applicant through completion
