Description:
XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an Enrolment Manager to support and process student’s application for a place in the school. The Enrolment Manager (EM) will undertake and facilitate the internal review of each application, make recommendations and submit for final approval.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the application pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up and processing of all applications, to smoothly and efficiently, facilitate admissions decisions.
- Responsible for engaging with other internal stakeholders (Student Support Department, Divisional offices, English as Secondary Language Department and University and Career Counsellors).
- Check applications for completeness and inform the Admissions Manager if there are missing information, documents, and prerequisites in support of the application before the review.
- Perform initial screening of the completed applications and make recommendations based on submitted information, documents, assessments, and interviews (if applicable) and submit for final review.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with relevant school departments whenever applicable.
- Liaise with the prospective families and schools to gather more information whenever applicable.
- Assist in the management of the specific needs of international applicants, including guardianship requirements, EAL testing, Student Pass and MOE waiver applications.
- Facilitate re-reviews for non-successful applications or appeal cases.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy in all dealings with applicant families, including cultural sensitivity towards applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Represent the ethos and values of the School.
- Participate during Departmental events such as Open houses, Orientation programmes, and other Marketing and Admissions related events as and when required.
- Perform any other assigned duties as directed by Associate Director, Admissions or by the Chief Commercial Officer.
