ROLE OVERVIEW:
Trellix is looking for a Enterprise Account Director.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Country Sales Director with Trellix, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important and large enterprises across such as FSI and Enterprise. Assigned to 20- 30 named customers, the role is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives often by leveraging C Suite relationships.
Your role will be to help our current and future customers protect themselves from todays and tomorrow’s threat landscape. Customer’s success is enabled through us innovating and partnering with them throughout their operational lifecycle. Operational efficacy, agility, efficiency and adaptability is critical for our customers, and you will develop and orchestrate account plans to achieve those outcomes.
- You will own the business development outcomes for the solution portfolio into a named account territory (existing and greenfield accounts). This involves orchestrating with an extended sales and pre-sales team, engaging with prospects on their current and future cyber security programs, building and maintaining a balanced pipeline, and aligning the strategy/priorities of your business with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

- Demonstrable track record of delivering high value sales and thought leadership. Proven success in building both senior and operational relationships.
- Lead account planning and strategy, financial targets and critical milestones for 1-3-year period.
- Grow a deep understanding of customer’s business environment, always assess, clarify and validate customer needs.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and generating pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate team members such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
