Description:

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience focused on enterprises with >5,000 employees in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • 2+ years of experience selling complex IT products or solutions, such as middleware, navigating complex buying centers across business and IT
  • Value-based Selling into IT and business leadership
  • Deep industry familiarity with one of Banking Financial Services Insurance, Public Sector a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
  • Familiarity with automation technology a plus
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Familiarity building territory and strategic account plans and leading cross-functional account teams
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with channel partners
  • Successful track record of pipeline building in conjunction with ADR/BDR.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for our Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow our presence across all verticals in Belgium and Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in selling technology to different verticals in your region. You’ll also benefit from Camunda’s growth model, and recognition as a leader in the Process Orchestration category. On your path to success, you’ll partner closely with your Account teams and Partners across the region. This role will benefit from our installed based in many verticals such as BFSI and public sector. We also have an existing partner ecosystem supporting you on your path to success. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneur mindset.
You’ll report directly to the Director of EMEA West Sales. Camunda’s Field Operations organization is driven by a fully remote workforce that emphasizes accountability, agility, and collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary
  • Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
  • Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
  • Planning your territory for success. In the context of Camundas global growth strategy, you will be responsible in defining your focus areas to maximize your chance of success. You will do that collaboratively by leveraging our Account Development, Customer success, Architecture and Partner teams
