Are you passionate about revolutionising engineering with AI? Here at Monolith AI we’re on a mission to empower engineers to use AI to solve even their most intractable physics problems. We’ve doubled in size over the last four years, and we have ambitious plans moving forward. It’s an exciting time, and to continue our growth, we are recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team and help expand our presence in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • You have a minimum of five years’ successful experience closing in an Enterprise Sales role (meeting and exceeding quotas).
  • You like bringing in exciting new logos, but also expanding opportunities on existing accounts.
  • You’re not fazed by the idea of holding a quota which exceeds six figures.
  • You have successfully engaged in a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is appreciated but not required. We need you to be prepared to pivot quickly and sometimes deal with ambiguity.
  • You enjoy collaborating with other teams to get deals across the line. Specifically Customer Success, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Technology.
  • You are fluent in both German and English
