Description:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
BS degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience. At least two years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
Experience in sales cloud computing (e.g., applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, data), as well as cloud market and competitive dynamics.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Demonstrated business development skills

Teamwork - Contribution to the team reflected in flexibility, working with others, communication and completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of the Account Executive is to maintain and grow relationships with the company’s existing clients while also identifying opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and customer retention strategies. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that clients’ needs are met, problems are solved promptly, and the client remains satisfied with the products or services provided.
Overall, the goal of an Account Manager is to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty while driving revenue growth for the company.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
- Build pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Engage with prospect organizations to position DNX solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition references and analyst data.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Engineers, Executives, Partners etc. Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
- Complete daily update of the Sales pipeline with accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer’s and competitors’ goods and services, and market conditions
- Prepare Territory/ Vertical identification and research, to formalise a go-to market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
- Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
- Assessing customers’ needs and explaining how our solutions will assist them with their business challenges
- Generating demand with business solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording order
- Reporting to sales management and working closely with the Practice leads
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising
- Preparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred
