THE SKILL SET

  • understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions
  • +5 years of proven track record of proactive solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new customers together with a presales support
  • strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking
  • market knowledge from the Benelux
  • adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
  • superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects’ pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
  • as a person: proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude
  • professional written and spoken English and native Dutch
  • living in Benelux with a work permit

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Benelux region to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering success and advocacy for Frends iPaaS.
  • Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with team support.
  • Represent Frends at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.
