Overview
We are a profitable, mission-driven fintech company that provides quality financial solutions for people whose needs go unmet by traditional institutions. We serve people with complex needs and those who care for them, and it is an honor to wake up in the morning knowing that we have a profound impact on our customers’ lives.
We’re at an exciting time in our growth trajectory - we have a number of scaled customer segments with economically sound growth motions for our flagship product, and are now exploring moving up-market to engage larger nonprofit and government organizations that could benefit from our product. We are looking for a new Enterprise Account Executive, Nonprofit / Social Services who is energized by exploring new customer segments, speaking to them to build relationships and understand their needs, cold outbounding to build our brand awareness in the space, and being thoughtful and creative to secure sales and partnerships that unlock a meaningful new growth channel. There are many more thousands of customers and organizations who can benefit from our products, and we’re looking for someone to help us find them.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with True Link’s go-to-market team to understand the pain points and needs of our the large nonprofit and government segments we believe have a need for our solution
  • Deeply learn about these through secondary research, securing meetings and coffee chats, going to conferences, and, ideally, bring your own experience and connections working with these types of organizations
  • Build and refine a pipeline by honing-in on the defining features of organizations that could most benefit from our product and service, and feeding back in your learnings and insights
  • Work the pipeline to get meetings, prepare for conversations / pitches, and close new customers - you’ll do this by conducting research to understand the org structure, conducting cold outreach, finding introductions, your own network and connections, and teeing up meetings with key stakeholder and decision makers
  • Collaborate with our strategy and business operations team to fine-tune our value proposition and pitch for this market segment through brainstorms, pitching, and getting intel from connections in the space
  • Provide insights and feedback to help shape our product and service offerings to best meet the needs of this market
