YOUR MISSION:

As our first Senior Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d) in the UK, you’ll spearhead Parloa’s market entry, driving sales and revenue growth by establishing our UK presence. Your role is pivotal in developing strategic sales initiatives and positioning Parloa’s conversational AI solutions as essential tools for UK enterprises. You will work closely with our UK Expansion Team Lead, and collaborate directly with our Berlin HQ to ensure seamless integration of Parloa’s strategy across markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new enterprise logos and manage the UK sales pipeline, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives for our innovative SaaS product.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to maximize revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities for Parloa’s conversational AI product, driving our UK market entry.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and lead workshops, clearly articulating the value of Parloa’s solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to UK enterprises, tailoring Parloa’s offerings to meet specific market needs.
  • Collaborate with teams in Berlin and across Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage UK sales pipeline reporting, aligning with senior management at Parloa’s Berlin HQ.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, laying the foundation for long-term growth in the UK.
