100% Remote w/ some travel for trade show/in person meetings
Base + Commission
$130K-$200K OTE based on experience

About Us:
We are seeking an Enterprise Named Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our enterprise-level accounts and expanding our customer base. We are ideally looking for a candidate with exceptional networking skills and a strong grasp of Multi-tenant and Multi-family Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new enterprise-level accounts through targeted prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
  • Account Expansion: Expand and nurture our existing customer base by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Market Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of the real estate industry, with a focus on multi-tenant and multi-family spaces, to tailor solutions to the unique needs of our customers.
  • Networking: Leverage your strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Enterprise sales, Multi-family or Multi-tenant experience required, with a focus on delivering growth and expansion.
  • Experience in hunting new logo accounts and value-based solution selling through both Partner Channels and Direct Sales.
  • Proficiency in consultative, highly technical selling to technically sophisticated customers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with pre- and post-sales departments, utilizing face to face meeting opportunities, email, phone and video communication.
  • Experience representing technology or high end product/services at industry trade shows and events.
  • Familiarity with the security industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations that communicate unique value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills and accurate forecasting abilities.
  • Experience with Hubspot and other relevant sales tools.
  • Fluency in G-Suite.

  • Proactive Outreach: Consistently engage in outreach efforts to both new and existing end users to identify new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Research & Opportunity Qualification: Research prospect portfolios, qualify potential opportunities, respond to inquiries promptly and proactively follow up on active negotiations.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Presentation: Increase awareness of our solutions by providing presentations to prospects as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and successful sales and delivery of solutions.
  • Customer Relations: Set the pace with customers, manage client expectations, and liaise effectively with internal (pre- and post-sales) departments.
