QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support from project requirement identification till project completion

    • Partner with multiple functions to understand their pain-points and deliver solutions in an effective and timely manner
    • Involved in research of new technologies
    • Perform application upgrade and migration to the latest cloud technologies
    • Enhance existing applications and mobile experience
    • Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end-users (User training)
