KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience leading enterprise architectural design patterns, frameworks, and guiding artefacts in complex service and business environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Architecture and building organisational capability.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or QGEA.
  • Enterprise Architecture certifications (desirable).

Responsibilities:

An Enterprise Architect specialising in Business Architecture is required to support the Digital Roadmap team in developing the organisation’s blueprint and roadmap. This work focuses on enhancing the service experience and establishing a cohesive enterprise architecture approach.

Proactive and influential, providing “how can we” support to teams and decision-makers for contemporary service delivery.

  • Collaborating with the current Enterprise Architecture team to evaluate the health of the enterprise technology stack from a Business Architecture perspective, providing insights for investment decisions over the next three years.
  • Creating a visual narrative and heatmap to outline the size and scope of investments required across the stack, considering contractual or lifecycle factors.
  • Assessing the maturity of the current enterprise architecture model and recommending improvements.
  • Establishing and building the Business Architecture capability within the organisation.
  • Aligning recommendations with the draft vision:
  • Target Architecture: Led by Business Architecture principles, it guides decision-makers toward a digitally enabled, insights-driven organisation.
  • Enterprise Architecture Capability: Proactive and influential, providing “how can we” support to teams and decision-makers for contemporary service delivery.
