• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• 5+ years of broad knowledge of enterprise or IT architecture or deep knowledge in specific areas within architecture.
• Committed to making use of data, visualization, statistics and/or coding in architecture work.
• Enjoy building relations, trust, and collaboration with a broad range of people across the company.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable business terms, as well as communicating business strategies into technical directions and principles.
• Passion for learning and driving change within the organization.
