for the Order Management and Orchestration domain?

The solutions and concepts in the Order Management and Orchestration area are at the heart of our transformation journey, and we are taking a fresh new start on it. To accelerate this transformation, we need to strengthen our architecture team.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will join the Group Enterprise Architecture team, part of the CIO office. In this role, you will lead the creation of concepts and architectures for future solutions, focusing on how data is exchanged, and processes are orchestrated across our key operations, including ordering, warehousing, delivery and finance. Your goal is to create a well-oiled transaction core for Posti that will support future growth and adjust to new business models. You will work closely with all levels of the organization, from business to IT and software engineering, to develop a unified vision for the future and actionable transition plans to achieve it.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the architecture community in the Order Management and Orchestration area
• Creating Order Management and Orchestration domain target and transition architecture and overseeing its implementation into technical solution architecture and roadmaps
• Co-creating the enterprise architecture, ensuring the alignment with Order Management and Orchestration domain plans, as part of the Enterprise Architecture team
• Sharing and making domain targets and roadmaps available and well-known within the company
• Acting as a bridge between business and ICT to align business requirements with ICT architecture
• Participating in key initiative preparations and implementations to assist the organization in creating actionable plans for implementing necessary changes

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• Experience in various system domains, both functional and technical understanding
• Good understanding of business processes and dependencies
• Experience in modelling business processes, solutions and data
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Facilitation skills to collect information and to create alignment
• Proactive, analytical and result-oriented attitude towards your work
• Domain-specific experience and insight in logistics is an advantage
