Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Remote Enterprise Architect to lead the integration of the company’s accounting and operational systems, automate reporting processes, and optimize Microsoft ecosystem tools. The candidate must have advanced skills in Excel, data management, and system integration, with a proven ability to connect backend systems. Experience in construction or a related industry is essential to address unique operational challenges effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating macros and data visualization.
- Expertise in system integration and backend development for connecting diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting systems like AAPro and construction tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or PlanGrid.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and other automation or visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ETL tools for data migration and transformation.
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, field team communication, and project management.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration tools.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, enterprise architecture, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
