Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

To support the definition, articulation and governance of the E2E Business Operations application architecture across local markets and global business functions supporting our operations globally. The focus of this role within the technology strategy & architecture team will be to maintain the architectural capability framework, define clear boundaries with other technology domains and provide architectural guidance to the group functions and local markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating target state and interim state architectures & maintaining reference architecture model
  • Defining and maintaining IT Roadmap for the Group Functions
  • Creating value driven capability roadmaps
  • Reviewing, aligning, and governing local market and global business function solutions
  • Shaping new demand, aligning it to our target architecture and manage long term roadmaps and solution catalogues
  • Prepare architectural guidance to group functions and local markets plus project teams
  • Ensure compliance of solution architectural design to the VF enterprise architecture guidelines and principles

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Participate in the creation / maintenance of overall Enterprise Architecture Deliverables including Strategy and Reference Architectures coordinating input from diverse Architecture Stakeholders
  • Participate in the creation, ownership, and maintenance and publish the IT Architecture and Strategy, Work with Local Market Architecture Leads to align local strategy, architecture and roadmap to the overall IT Architecture and Strategy, Enterprise Data Model and IT Roadmap.
  • Work with local markets and group technology teams to roll out Digital organisations (building inner source communities, co-creating Architecture Blueprints, supporting the rollout and optimisation of DevOps tooling and Agile methods and organisation)
  • Participate in the design and execution of Architectural Governance across the relevant stakeholders and participating Vodafone organisations
  • Produce, Support & Guide the Delivery of Target, Transitional and Solution Architectures for business and IT transformation deliveries through the appropriate Architectural Artefacts, Deliverables and Communications
