JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Enterprise BDR, you will foster strong customer and sales team relationships by providing expert product knowledge and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet personal sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team and client KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough research and create detailed pre-sales presentations for accounts focused on AI, Hybrid Cloud, Business Transformation, and Cybersecurity consulting services.
  • Foster strong customer and sales team relationships by providing expert product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and customer partners through various communication channels.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Identify, research, and develop new business leads and opportunities.
  • Offer valuable insights into market trends, customer feedback, product performance, and lessons learned from customer interactions and research.
  • Assist in achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals by supporting client partners and field sales teams with follow-up and customer engagement efforts.
  • Schedule sales appointments based on qualification criteria to maximize meeting attendance.
  • Manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline using relevant systems and tools.
  • Re-engage inactive prospects across the DACH region.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline by regularly tracking activities and updating CRM records.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Min 1-2 years of proven sales development experience as an Enterprise SDR in SaaS environment.
  • A positive, open attitude towards constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiar with sales tools like CRMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong capability to engage and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in B2B enterprise sales or similar roles, with expertise in activities such as cold calling, self-generated prospecting, objection handling, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Deep understanding of business and sales dynamics, including expertise in various lines of business, industry sectors, and market segments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to align product and service offerings with opportunities in large, multi-department, global enterprises.
