We are now searching for an Enterprise Business Solution Expert with the responsibility to be subject matter expert in enterprise solutions. The role will be located in Dubai, UAE but the responsibility will cover several targeted markets.
We are in particular looking for candidates naturally curious, enjoys problem solving, keeps up with the latest trends in Private Wireless and networking, and is unwavering in their pursuit of honing their craft.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience in ICT solutions, including hardware, software, and services, with a strong record in sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

Problem-Solving & Initiative: Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing Private Wireless-related customer, partner, and internal engagements, ensuring seamless project completion by addressing challenges with a collaborative mindset.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert on our products, particularly in embedded systems and advanced technologies, such as 5G, to ensure a deep understanding and alignment with customer needs.
Customer Pain Matching: Skillfully identify and align customer pain points with our solutions, delivering value that meets business objectives and solidifies our role as a trusted partner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Market Area Domains, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to create a unified approach and ensure customer requirements are met across the entire enterprise ecosystem.
Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to drive opportunities to closure, providing technical consultations, demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries throughout the sales cycle.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to foster trust and long-term business growth.
Sales Targets & Partner Engagement: Achieve sales targets while managing Proof of Concepts, trials, and demonstrations, and actively cultivating long-term partner relationships to drive success.
Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals, using a consultative and challenger approach to bring commercial insight.
RFP/RFI Management: Oversee the technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs to ensure our responses are comprehensive, accurate, and align with client requirements.
Seamless Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate our products effectively into partner solutions, addressing specific industry needs to maximize product value.
Leadership in Partnerships: Quickly establish trust with both internal stakeholders and partners across all levels, facilitating collaborative relationships that strengthen the business.
Apply Challenger & Consultative Selling: Use a strategic, challenger mindset and consultative selling skills to engage customers with a strong commercial approach.
