Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications and based onsite at Homebush-West, you will lead the ongoing development, support, governance, and modernisation of our Enterprise Integration Pillar. You will lead a team to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, determining requirements and prioritising the delivery of secure, resilient, and seamless data exchange and communication between diverse systems globally.

Responsibilities include;

  • Define strategic direction with a practical roadmap, collaborating with Application Delivery Managers, Architecture, and Information Security.
  • Oversee major initiatives and projects, ensuring integration solutions meet current and future needs, while interfacing with stakeholders to drive quality of service and business enablement.
  • Mentor and manage Integration leads and their teams, building capacity and skills through effective coaching.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration and technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Plan, organise, and technically guide solutions through to completion.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand application lifecycle challenges and design solutions to automate and streamline their processes.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses to enhance security, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of integration solutions and services through analysis and interpretation of customer satisfaction and operational data.
  • Develop and own KPIs to ensure solutions and ongoing operations can be measured against agreed commitments and services levels and adjust as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain best practice governance processes, including provision of strategic advice to support the effective functioning of integration solutions and services.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and best practices guidelines.
