Enterprise IT Strategic Planner

The Strategic Planner is responsible for aligning the operational activities of the IT Solutions Center in Cluj with the broader strategic objectives of the organization. This position focuses on coordinating and implementing key initiatives. It ensures that resources, systems, and processes are optimized to meet evolving business requirements. The Planner works closely with the Program Director to translate organizational objectives into strategic plans, ensuring the business’ contributions are aligned with the priorities.

• Communicates efficiently to all levels
• Proficiency in process improvement, performance monitoring, and reporting tools.
• Capable of working efficiently with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
• Fluent written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
• We are looking for someone with +5 years of experience in a role that involves planning, analyzing business needs, or leading projects within the IT or shared services industry.
• Experience of large-scale Enterprise environment handled IT services
• Excellent presentation skills
• Shown experience in developing and driving pivotal initiatives within an operational context.
• Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and process optimization in an IT or shared service setting.
