What You’ll do:
Who We are Looking for:
Groundswell is growing and looking for an Enterprise Process Automation Lead to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian product teams and engaging customers to generate requirements specific to Appian applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with customers to understand their business challenges
  • Modernize and optimize to meet customer’s transformational needs
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Appian platform to make sure the team is recommending solutions that are both meeting customer needs along with being attainable
  • Create long-term and short-term plans for customers while also making sure that we are keeping those projects and programs on schedule and within their budget
  • Quickly collect and document customer requirements, with minimal repetition to ensure rapid implementation of new applications to meet critical business needs
  • Manage a team of other functional leads and other analysts, navigating multiple projects at the same time
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver modernized systems that meet and/or exceed customer requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field
  • 7+ years of experience performing analysis and defining requirements for implementing Appian applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert for those looking to leverage technologies to automate and optimize existing manual business processes.
  • Detail oriented with experience working on several products at one time
  • Experience working in an agile environment

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$87,172.00 - $184,847.00
