TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Risk Management Risk Advisor at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you?
Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement and maturation of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management process, framework and governance system
- Identify, assess, and communicate risks that may impact the achievement of the company’s vision, strategy and key objectives and provide guidance and support to business units in the identification, assessment and effective mitigation of risks.
- Be able to conduct risk assessments across all company operations/levels, identify social, environmental and business existing and potential risks.
- Support risk owners in assessing the likelihood and impact of identified risks using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. using @Risk) and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies / action plans to reduce the organization’s exposure to identified risks
- Risk evaluation and appetite: evaluate risk handling in the past and lead defining and tuning the company’s risk appetite
- Functionally lead and upskill the Risk Coordinators’ community on risk management practices and contribute to strengthening the company-wide risk awareness and culture
- Maintain the company’s risk register, aggregate, and monitor the development of risks
- Risk reporting and education: tailor risk report for different audiences, able to identify key risk information and emerging risks, industry trends and inform / report to Senior Leadership Team and Executive Boar
