Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales, product, and engineering departments, ensuring seamless technical demonstrations and a deep understanding of our processes compared to our competitors. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
- Customized Workflows: Work with our technology to create customized workflows and templates, and being the subject matter expert on how to navigate a customers workflow needs.
- System Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Sales Support: Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services.
- Product Modifications: Plan and coordinate modifications to existing products to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage, providing expert guidance and support.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how our solutions can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their needs.
