SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (GERMAN, SPANISH, OR FRENCH MARKET)

Aklamio is seeking three tech-savvy Mid-level Sales Account Executives with experience in the German, Spanish, OR French markets to spearhead the adoption of Aklamio’s market-leading Customer Incentives Platform within core industries in Germany. We are looking for candidates based in Berlin, as the role requires attendance at our headquarter in Berlin-Schöneberg once per week. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming the landscape of enterprise marketing through technological innovation. Please note that this is a temporary position initially offered for a one-year period, with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales Execution: Target and engage with top brands within Aklamio’s core sectors (Energy, Telecom, Insurance, Finance) in Germany, Spain or France, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Benefit from strong market traction and impressive case studies with leading brands.
  • Advocacy for Incentive Marketing: Execute our established enterprise sales methodology and establish incentives as the favorite and most effective growth enabler within our industries and beyond.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our platform, tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs.
  • Solution Development: Understand the unique challenges of every customer and collaborate with our solutions and product teams to craft solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other regional sales teams, customer success managers, and the product team while independently driving sales operations in Germany, Spain or France.
