Responsibilities:
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
We are looking for a new team member for the Finland Adform Commercial Team, which currently consists of 10 diverse personalities united by the common goal of driving and growing the FI business. You will be responsible for business development for clients in Finland. You will proactively engage prospective clients to understand their needs and help them develop a plan for using technology to leverage data across channels, enabling programmatic media buying as well as rich media solutions.
As a member of the FI team reporting to the Country Manager, you should relish the opportunity to engage with medium and large advertisers and independent agencies to champion the many benefits of Adform Flow, creating solutions that closely align with the client’s objectives.
Ideally, you should have a strong network in Finland, especially around Helsinki, allowing you to navigate the market and identify opportunities, as well as fast-track deals to closure. With experience in the Adtech ecosystem, from any side of the table, you are comfortable managing longer sales cycles and securing multi-stakeholder buy-ins while also being prepared to roll up your sleeves to close sales. - Drive and execute sales in Finland, identifying new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
- Close deals with brands and agencies, managing the process from prospecting to contract execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads and clients to ensure awareness of the latest product initiatives and developments.
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs, combined with knowledge of Adform’s platform, FLOW.
- Enhance the Adform brand and increase external awareness of our technology, particularly at key industry events.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including presales, product, legal, and marketing functions.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the market, providing valuable feedback to help us refine our sales messaging and collateral.

- Demonstrate a consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and acquiring new logos.
- Showcase planning and forecasting skills for a detailed analytical analysis of opportunities, outlining how you expect to achieve your quota.
- Possess a robust network of independent agency or advertiser contacts to hit the ground running.
- Exhibit solid experience in digital advertising/marketing technology software, such as selling SaaS licenses.
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English, with a client-oriented attitude.
