Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a strong background in the payments or financial industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business development skills, an extensive network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces, and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities, and demonstrate a natural ability to lead and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, GTM, or strategy roles within high-growth environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and earn trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quota targets on enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU as required.
  • English language skills on level C1/C2

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payments or financial industry, leveraging an extensive network to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage Strategic Deals: Engage in high-stakes negotiations and manage executive relationships to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive success.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the brand’s presence and influence.
