Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This position is for the role of senior level outside sales representative, responsible for growing Spectra Logic’s business in the assigned region of United Kingdom. The Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) is a sales over-achiever with excellent communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota. The successful applicant possesses a reputation for competence, professionalism, integrity, and a passion for winning.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Primary responsibility is to meet and exceed annual gross profit quota assignments and build territory revenue for the region. The ESR will prospect and close accounts in the territory against established competition by leveraging channel partners and through individual initiative. He/she will establish and nurture relationships with all levels of channel partner and enterprise business customer organizations as appropriate, including departmental through line of business and CxO levels.
The individual is expected to work independently, seeking opportunities to develop net-new business with channel partners, integrators, alliance partners and end users. The ESR works cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Service, Finance and Technical Support. He/she will be required to assimilate specific vertical market backgrounds, requirements and infrastructure attributes and apply this knowledge to sell Spectra solutions.
