Software Enterprise Licensing Specialists are helping clients to navigate our terms as well as checking that they are compliant. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Software Licensing & Compliance Specialists lead client software license reviews, including negotiations and resolutions to preserve and protect IBM’s IP for software consumed without entitlements and with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • They utilize strong executive-level selling skills to engage the client and resolve software licensing exposures.
  • They manage audit partner relationship and their engagement with clients; lead pricing, negotiation, and legal contracts, leading to mutually beneficial deal structures; and explain complex constructs of deals, articulating IBM’s licensing terms and conditions and the value of solution components.
  • Collaborating closely with IBM Teams internally on all Levels (Market / GEO / WW) will be essential to ensure alignment across client engagements and negotiations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • We are looking for an highly motivated Early Professional with a minimum of 2 years knowledge of IBM SW products demonstrated by former job roles in Software Sales and/or Consulting
  • Software product knowledge e.g Sustainability, Data & AI, Security and Automation
  • Eco-System Partner Management Experience & Coverage
  • Project management & Coordinating experience eg in working together with IBM Brand & Sales Team and customers
  • Understanding of LOB stakeholder and expectation management while working strictly confidential.
  • English (business fluent speaking and writing skills).
  • German (fluent speaking and writing skills).
