Overview:
PepsiCo is on the lookout for an Enterprise Solutions Analyst to join our IT team in Carrigaline on a temporary basis.

Many of our IT roles have an international focus, and support internal clients across multiple countries, helping them to identify, deploy and optimise the technology needed to deliver outstanding results.
This role will focus on delivery of Integration Applications and supporting infrastructure for the Engineering-led Strategic Capital Program. The Program is dedicated to building and expanding the Manufacturing infrastructure and Process areas within PGCS.
Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience managing application support e2e including issue resolution, change analysis, design, implementation, test and deployment, etc.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Complement of business process definition and change management skills, alongside technical competency.
  • Ability to deliver change through the business and non-technical personnel, to meet organisational goals.

  • 4-8 years IT Experience (Business Analysis, Solution Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Test Management, Support, Project Governance, Change Management).
  • Proficiency/Experience in the use of Service Management Tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment towards project delivery.
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team.
  • Science/Technical/IT or Engineering Degree and/or equivalent qualification coupled with 4-8 years plus demonstrated track record in a relevant environment, ideally with concentrate experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft productivity Tools (MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio)

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

The role will involve designing, coordinating, validating and executing the delivery of all software and automation integration deliverables required to facilitate the Strategic Capital Program Strategy. The role will involve solution delivery across a wide range of technologies and functions and necessitate working with cross-functional teams globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide analysis and delivery on new business requirements for any software/integration deliverables in relation to the Strategic Capital program – Making Decisions & Executing Actions.
  • Act as a project team member for the IT Enterprise Solutions Operations team engaged in all elements of the project delivery (Workshops, requirements gathering, functional design & documentation, test script design, test script execution, go live, hypercare, training and project governance) for projects arising out of the Strategic Capital program.
  • Act as liaison between the Strategic Capital program and all IT functions and teams, including the entire Enterprise Solution org structure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Project Management and Service Management.
  • Coordinate and govern external vendors in the delivery of new solutions, enhancements and fixes.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of a training strategy for any new functionality.
  • Acting as an escalation point for the key business users where the SLA’s are being breached and there are conflicting priorities. – Making Decisions and Providing Consultations.
  • Being a key participant in all project communications, both out to the business ensuring critical and necessary alignment on scope, budget & schedule and performing key updates to IT and business senior leadership teams
  • Actively engage in all elements of service management as required (problem management, incident management, change management) to ensure adherence to PGCS governance controls.
