PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two to five years in a project management or operations role, ideally within a software company

    As of August 2024, the expected compensation range for this position is $60,000-$80,000USD/ $60,000-$80,000CAD based on country of residence. Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs.

Responsibilities:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Enterprise Success Specialist position is a full-time, remote position at Snappy Kraken. Accessibility requirements are dependent on the role but could be expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday. This position is open to any candidates currently residing and eligible to legally work in the United States or Canada.

In this role, you will engineer the continuous improvement of enterprise programs, setting the standard for rapid enablement and adoption of our industry-leading software by multiple user personas. You will also have the unique opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across Snappy Kraken, from Customer Experience, Sales, Operations and Product, while interfacing directly with members of our executive team. The Enterprise Success Specialist will report to the Head of CX.

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and continuously improve implementation plans, with defined milestones, to drive the adoption of our platform by our enterprise partners and ensure activation goals are met.
  • Be a key player in working cross-functionally to ensure responsibilities are understood and met by various teams within our organization.
  • Develop project plans and success criteria to drive understanding and organization, with quality and efficiency controls.
  • Build strong relationships with key enterprise contacts by deeply understanding their accounts, and maintaining high levels of engagement and communication.
  • Proactively identify and address account opportunities through implementation and beyond to showcase new, relevant product innovations.
  • Work directly with our account management team to ensure seamless handoffs between the implementation process and our ongoing activation and support of our partners.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior team members to create and iterate playbooks which continually drive value.
  • Act as an enterprise subject matter expert for Snappy Kraken, collaborating with individuals from product, customer success, support, sales, and marketing teams on a regular basis.

60,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
