This position is within the Essential Adoption Services & Automations part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization.
You will be part of a team, supporting the scalable delivery of Enterprise Support learning assets, to help our customers to get out the best. You will be working with the team to accelerate scaling delivery, providing tools and guidelines, operation services, and ensuring our platform and processes are from high quality. We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Operations Specialist to join our collaborative and innovative team.
WHAT YOU BRING:

- Team oriented, with the ability to build strong internal relationships.
- Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- E-learning production skills and experience in working with multi-media and e-learning tools like SAP Enable Now or MMCP a definite asset.
- Experience with learning platforms and LMS are helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Create scalable, modern, self-consumable content to support customer’s business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Utilize AI tools & e-learning tools to support e-learning production / post-production and create assets
- Support smooth service delivery and efficient operations of available platforms and infrastructure.
- Deliver a modern, flexible, and innovative learning experience.
- Efficiently support the lifecycle of our e-learning assets, from creation to retirement.
- Create tools, guidelines, and documentation to support our team and customers in getting the most out of our learning resources.
- Constantly review and adopt seamlessly the learning formats to the business needs.
- Supporting administrative and operational processes as well as quality assurance.
- Support the end-to-end portfolio management process and align with stakeholders to integrate processes and tools. Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the portfolio and the overall customer experience.
