SOME OF THE GREAT THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage and maintain system support models including appropriate Service Level Agreements across the Enterprise portfolio
• Manage project transition from development/pre-support into full Enterprise systems service
• Act as the primary escalation point for any complex business impacting service issues and co-ordinate activity through to resolution via multiple resolver groups including external partners
• Responsible for delivery of key tech business management strategic initiatives including supplier rationalisation, cost management and nearshore service management support
• Be the technical owner and identify value added development and automation opportunities, remain future-focused, anticipating the opportunities and risks to effective delivery of the Tech roadmap
• Evaluate situations using multiple sources of complex information in order to prioritise initiatives
• Effective management of Enterprise systems controls as part of operational risk management processes
• Comprehensive understanding of the Enterprise technology market ensuring our platforms deliver the best outcomes to the business
• Role model a culture which supports CtM’s purpose and values, including fostering best practice and knowledge sharing, ensuring great customer outcomes
