Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Enterprise Technical Project Manager is responsible for supporting Vodafone Business in proposing Business Opportunities based on Networks capabilities and features.
ESSENCE OF ROLE – KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Management of Feasibility Analysis & Solution Delivery for Customer Requests, pertaining activities like requirements gathering & scope definition, definition of proper solution / network design, solution cost evaluation, solution sign off, stakeholder & communication management.
Manages the full lifecycle of projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance, and implementation of network platforms, in all technology areas needed to deliver services to Business Customers
Interfaces local market (Sales, VBTS, Product) and performs feasibility assessment of network impact for new service requests, where necessary, directly liaise with customers (all segments including Public Sector) to support Sales
Support Vodafone Business in proposing Business Opportunities based on Networks capabilities and features and Apply Feasibility Assessment & Delivery Management processes:
Defines the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external stakeholders. Defines the detailed project activities and monitors/tracks them permanently.
Builds the project’s organizational model and makes sure that resources are always available, so that project deliverables are not affected (no business impact).
Responsible for the information flow/ communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external NSE (stage gate approval, complete technical solution sharing and associated costs).
Performs risk management and change management as part of the project activities to make the business requirements of the external customers are met, including costs, timelines and agreed quality KPIs.
Permanently tracks projects’ evolution and timely reports project status to all stakeholders.
Implement solid program & project management principles and related PM tools across the organization.
