The role will provide specific expertise and project activities whilst contributing to the achievement of foundational skills and a pathway to employment in events management.

• overseeing project activities associated with the Events Management Training Program
• manage, mentor and train a group of young trainees
• lead by example and foster a sense of independence and wellbeing
• Supporting accredited training delivery with the RTO Partner
• Providing regular reports on project performance and outcomes
