As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Aon Solution lines. As an Enterprise Workforce Optimization Specialist, you will report directly to Enterprise Workforce Business Intelligence Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and using Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Demonstrated experience with workforce management principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
• Experience designing and automating workflows to improve business processes.
• Understanding of task management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
