- Experience within a similar creative role which ideally may have been within the cruise or entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:
Part of the newly formed Entertainment Services team, the Cunard Entertainment Development Manager is responsible for the creation of new entertainment concepts for the Cunard fleet, identifying new opportunities and leading the development process from ideation through to implementation; designing new experiences to appeal to Cunard’s discerning international guest mix.
Key responsibilities include:
- supporting the curation and leading the delivery of the ‘Entertainment Residency’ programme of internationally acclaimed entertainment performances and residencies to both enhance the guest experience and drive commercial return.
- the identification and pursuit of continuous improvement projects for all aspects of the on-board entertainment programme – carefully balancing cost parameters, quality expectations and operational constraints.
- optimise commercial and guest satisfaction performance of the current Cunard entertainment product whilst also influencing Cunard’s long-term development and investment plans through the innovation of new standard-setting entertainment concepts.
