Performs a wide range of duties relative to providing business support on entity structure organizational documents as it relates to residential mortgage loans for business purpose.

• Work with the Origination team to determine entity structure as it relates to guidelines and guarantor structure
• Provide guidance to ensure closing document entity signature blocks in compliance with entity
• Perform and complete entity due diligence review per guidelines
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service experience
• Perform any other duties as assigned
