In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while leveraging a fully established platform and startup operating model: You will lead the product & business strategy for expanding our suite of digital health products into orthopaedics (think new hip, new knee, rehab etc.) a new chronic care area, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. You’ll be the driving force behind our product portfolio expansion, aligning business goals with market needs to optimize our growth.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Business Model Development: Design and refine go-to-market strategies, business models, and revenue channels for new offerings. Develop B2B partnerships encompassing SaaS models with different customer groups (primarily B2B) and establish research partnerships with leading universities and KOLs from the orthopedic surgery world.
Product Strategy & Innovation: Develop product strategies that align with Carealytix’s mission and market demand, driving ideation and design of impactful features and products.
Market Research & Opportunity Validation: Conduct deep-dive analyses into chronic care trends, identify key opportunities, and validate concepts with target users.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner internally with product, design, and tech teams as well as externally with customers, users (doctors, surgeons, patients) and suppliers to ensure product feasibility and alignment with our chronic care focus. Start building out your own team.
Shape the Future of Carealytix: Work closely with executive leadership to influence portfolio decisions and rollout strategies that maximize Carealytix’s impact.
