QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education : Tertiary qualification with 3-5 years working experience.
  • Skills :
  • Passion with strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • May be proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excel in strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Training will be provided to assurance service bounded products, industry regulations, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our assurance service bounded products, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Market Influence : Act as a thought leader and influencer in the community, building the company’s brand presence and reputation through strategic initiatives and public engagements.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our insurance portfolio and drive revenue growth.
  • Content Creation : Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and industry publications, to engage and educate target audiences.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing impact.
