JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. You will be the central hub of our busy office, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or university experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Googe Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all leasing inquiries and advertising for our multi-residential and commercial properties, including posting ads on relevant platforms, responding to inquiries, and tracking results.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
