Job Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick start their career in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and face to face.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements
- Be driven - have a student mentality while training
- Maintain a positive attitude & communicate to all customers/clients with a smile
- Learn business communication skills for marketing presentations
- Be able to work indoors/outdoors & open to travel opportunities
- Have a goal-oriented mindset
- Works well within an energetic, team-oriented environment
Previous experience is not required as we grow our company organically & pride ourselves on our strong leadership & training within the office. However, a strong understanding of communication skills & emotional intelligence is desired.
