Description:
Northpoint Mortgage, selected as one of the Boston Globe’s 2023 Top Places to Work, is a growing New England-based mortgage lender seeking to add an entry-level, full-time administrative & disclosure desk employee to our Rocky Hill, CT office. We are seeking a candidate in the Rocky Hill, CT area as this is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers
- Verify loan information for accuracy at time of disclosure
- Disclose initial disclosures promptly and accurately
- Ensure that all required regulatory, state, and investor disclosures are included in disclosed packages
- Duplication of prior loan files
- Ability to adhere to compliance timelines
Following up with Loan Officers to ensure they sign the application in a timely manner
Skills & Experience needed:
Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an in-office position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented demeanor
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of our organization
