JOB SUMMARY
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for: designing electronics and printed circuit boards; designing, coordinating, and conducting tests of electrical systems, parts, and equipment; evaluating test results and implementing corrections and adjustments to solve problems or inefficiencies; testing designs to ensure production capabilities; conduct research activities including exploration and selection of new components; prepare technical design specifications; perform embedded hardware design activities including component selection, schematic generation, bills of materials, and prototype tests, and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control concepts required
- The ability to read and interpret electrical, instrument, and control diagrams required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience (including class/lab or internships) with BOM and document revisions preferred
- Minimum of two related internships preferred
