QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interest in marketing and direct sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse customer profiles.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Participate in the planning and execution of direct sales campaigns.
• Engage directly with potential customers to present and promote products/services.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Participate in training sessions to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
