Entry Level Property Management Maintenance Technician

at  333 Rent

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an Entry Level Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team
Your main responsibility will be the conducting maintenance inspections on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them.
This is a full time $16 - $19 an hour position.

Qualifications:

• Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures
• A valid driver’s license, and basic tools.
• Pass a background and criminal check.

Abilities in the following:

• Follow general company policies.
• Strong communication skills
• Lifting of heavy materials
• Some demolition
• Landscaping
• Trash Clean Up
• Learn Basic Plumbing
• Learn Basic Appliance and Electrical Repair
• Learn General maintenance and repairs
• Lean the Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues
• Ability to work as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently
• Willing to be on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards, work orders etc…)
• Have a basic set of hand and electric tools

Most of our rental units are houses located across the city and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the Metro.
