In Virtual Production, PXO helps clients to realize their creative vision, from production through to post-production. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Experience modeling, texturing, layout, lighting and for high-end broadcast or feature film projects
  • Thorough understanding of 3D and 2.5D VFX processes and production pipelines
  • Good understanding of compositing
  • Experience working with shoot data including photographic and reference data, HDRIs, photogrammetry, and Lidar
  • Proven experience developing photo-real environments
  • Experience with procedural city generation and scattering tools an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the natural world (geology, geography, and meteorology) and architecture (design and engineering)
  • Knowledge of Maya
  • Knowledge of Houdini and Unreal Engine

Responsibilities:

  • Develop setups for the different stages of production in 3D and solve potential problems
  • Create photo-realistic and stylized environments in 3D and 2D
  • Create modeling, textures, shading, lighting, animation(camera and basic mechanical) for objects, environments, or full scenes
  • Work closely with the CG and Environment Supervisors and Production to find creative and technical solutions and to meet deadlines
  • Combine talents in Photoshop, Clarisse, Maya and Nuke, with knowledge of modeling and camera projection techniques to produce 3D and 2D digital environments ;
  • Be able to deliver work within established project targets and the high quality standards of the company
