KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to learn quickly in an evolving environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity operating within a quality management system (i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
  • Process improvement experience (LEAN, Six Sigma, PPI, etc)
  • Familiarity navigating compliance and PLM system bill of materials, approved vendor lists, where-used reports
  • Proven ability to balance multiple and changing priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
  • Proactively monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to our products
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and action plans to address gaps
  • Support New Product Introductions as a core team member, ensuring new products meet applicable regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain procedures and documented evidence of compliance
  • Respond to internal and external customer and/or regulatory compliance requests
  • Support sustainability projects and initiatives
