Responsibilities:
- Develop programs related to scientific fields
- Monitor budgets allocated to environmental programs
- Monitor environmental non-compliance and required corrective actions
- Advise on policies and physical, social and psychological interrelationships between persons, their equipment and environments
- Provide consulting services to government and other organizations
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
- Write technical reports
- Supervise staff
- Supervise staff or team
- Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
- Review and evaluate proposals for land use and development plans and prepare recommendations
- Represent clients before administrative tribunals
