Description:
BASED IN COROWA, BUT WILL WORK ACROSS THE FEDERATION COUNCIL AREA
- Full Time - 70 hours/fortnight.

- Salary in range of $82,310 to $102,798 plus superannuation dependent on skills and experience
Responsibilities:
- Regulation of food businesses, onsite wastewater management systems, skin penetration premises and cooling towers;
- Inspection of public swimming pools and spas;
- Monitoring of underground petroleum storage systems (UPSS);
- Responding to and investigating environmental nuisances and pollution incidents;
- Regulation of events and other activities on council land;
- Environmental health assessments of development applications, technical reports, and impact statements;
- Undertake field tests and collect samples;
- Inform, educate, and raise awareness about public health and environmental challenges; and
- Gather evidence, take enforcement action, and prepare detailed reports
