Responsibilities:

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

  • Plan and execute small-scale projects, including managing work plans, contractor bidding documents, and procurement while ensuring quality and resolving issues.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and liaise with government and regulatory contacts for applications and submissions.
  • Oversee and forecast project costs, monitor site progress against plans, and handle administrative duties such as claims and invoices.
  • Identify and manage project risks with a maintained risk register and ensure technical input is accurate and approved by leadership.
  • Establish and manage a system for tracking and progressing project documentation and support the analysis of environmental and regulatory risks.
